In order to install Meeting Room Manager, your computer must be configured to the MSB network (Novell Client). You cannot access the V:/ drive through NetStorage. To get your computer configured, come by the MSB Tech Center during Tech Walk-In hours. If you already have the Novell Client installed and can see all your personal drives except the V:/ drive, please use helpdesk to submit a help call. Note: Meeting Room Manager cannot be installed on all Windows Versions. To install Meeting Room Manager, navigate to the V:\mrm2001\ directory
Then, run "mrm2001"
A popup window will appear: "Preparing to run Meeting Room Manager for the first time..."
After having loaded all the required .dll files it will ask you whether you would like to place a shortcut on your desktop (Yes will put an icon on your desktop with which you can start Meeting Room Manager when connected to the MSB Network (e.g. Novel Client).
Once it has loaded, you need to use the login: MBA-Schedule. If you are installing this on your laptop, and need the password, email MSB-Help@msb.edu. Make sure you select Remember User Name and Password. Adding a ReservationTo add a reservation, follow the instructions below.
You only have access to add a reservation. If you need to delete a reservation, you need to contact Student Life. |
