In order to install Meeting Room Manager, your computer must be configured to the MSB network. To get your computer configured, email MSB-Help@msb.edu. You can get to Meeting Room Manager from the Application Explorer by double-clicking on the icon: This will install the application. The second time you open Meeting Room Manager, you will need to select the file mba.mrm from the V:\mrm2001\ directory. Select the option to automatically re-Open last project before you click OK. Once it has loaded, you need to use the login: MBA-Schedule. If you are installing this on your laptop, and need the password, email MSB-Help@msb.edu. Make sure you select Remember User Name and Password. Adding a ReservationTo add a reservation, follow the instructions below.
You only have access to add a reservation. If you need to delete a reservation, you need to contact Student Life. |
