Instructions to Configure Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0 for GroupWise WebAccess

These instructions aim to assist you in accessing the GroupWise WebAccess site in the event that you encounter some trouble while using Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0.

Step 1

First, start by opening up Internet Explorer 7.0. Then, go to the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options" from the drop-down menu.

Step 2

Next, click on the "Advanced" tab.

Step 3

Scroll all the way the bottom of the list. You should see an option that reads "Use SSL 2.0." Please select this option, leaving all other boxes as they are, including the other SSL listings.

Step 4

Finally, select "OK."
