What is Salesforce?

Salesforce is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application that allows Georgetown McDonough School of Business (MSB) to store, track, manage, and build better relationships with constituents from one place. It provides a picture of what our engagements look like with our contacts (alumni, current students, and external relations). With Salesforce, Georgetown McDonough discover countless ways of cultivating these relationships and finding unique and valuable opportunities.

If you are using Firefox, please update to a version
higher than 22.0 for compatibility with Salesforce.

Salesforce has released the latest upgrade to the Salesforce1 downloadable app for Android, version 9.0. Go to Google Play to install the app.

With our Winter ‘16 release, Salesforce will no longer support the Android 4.3 operating system (OS) or below for the Salesforce1 application.

The release of the Salesforce1 downloadable app for iOS, version 8.0 was delayed due to a compatability issue with iOS 9. This issue is now resolved in iOS 9.2 and later. Key new features in the Salesforce1 for iOS update in Summer ‘16 include enhanced Mobile Device Management (MDM) support and the availability of Salesforce Knowledge articles.
