EMS (Room Reservations)

  • Go to http://technology.msb.edu/ and click on EMS, or click here

    Hover over "My Account" and click "Log On".



    Login with your MSB credentials.

    Hover over "Reservations" and click on "Undergrad Room Request".


    Enter the date and start and end times for which you want to book the room. Remember you can only book a room for 2 hours/day. Press "Find Space".



    Select the room available by pressing the "+" and press "Continue".



    Fill out all the fields with a "*" and press "Submit". This will complete your request and you will be able to see your reservations.



    Note: First time users are required to add a Group in the Details window. Press the search icon and look for your group (e.g. student, faculty, staff). After having added the group you will be able to select it from the drop-down menu. For more detailed instructions refer to the tutorial below.

  • The first time you use the EMS system, you will have to set up your Group Details.
    First, click on the magnifying glass.

    In the Group Lookup box, type the group you are associated with. For example, if you are a student, type student and then once again hit the magnifying glass.

    On the following screen press the green plus sign next to your group to add it to your groups. You can add more than one group.

    Close the window once you have made your selection and you can now choose your group from the drop down menu.
