Password Requirements

Specific MSB Requirements

The MSB has a more strict password policy than the rest of the university.

Please make sure your MSB/Novell meets the following requirements:

• Your password length must have the following properties:
• Minimum number of characters in password: 8
• Maximum number of characters in password: 50
• You must use at least 1 number in your password
• You must use at least one upper case letter in your password
• You must use at least one lower case letter in your passowrd
• You must use at least one special character. Special characters include )!@#$%&^&*(?<>
